Richmond Toy Library Party Pack Hire
Terms & Conditions
1. Security Deposit
a. A security deposit of $100.00 is required to hire any party pack.
b. The security deposit must be received by the Richmond Toy Library prior to the party pack being hired.
c. The security deposit can be paid via cash in person at the Richmond Toy Library or via credit card through PayPal.
d. The Richmond Toy Library will promptly refund the security deposit once you have returned all the party pack items in the same condition they are borrowed (fair wear and tear excluded) and clean from any mud/dirt.
e. Please note that credit card refunds through PayPal may take several business days to process, depending on your bank.
2. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning
a. If the party pack and/or its accessories are returned damaged or in an unclean condition, you will be charged for repair and/or cleaning costs.
b. If an item cannot be reasonably repaired by Richmond Toy Library, you may be charged the replacement cost of the item.

3. Late Returns
a. Party packs must be returned by the agreed date. If you fail to do so, you may be liable for the full replacement cost of the item.
b. You are responsible for ensuring all accessories included in the party pack are returned.
4. Liability and Indemnity
a. Richmond Toy Library is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of party pack items.
b. You agree to indemnify Richmond Toy Library against any costs, damages, or claims resulting from your use of the items in breach of these terms and conditions.
5. General Terms
a. By hiring a party pack, you agree to these terms and conditions.
b. Richmond Toy Library reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
