Come and visit us at the Toy Library during opening hours to become a member.
Or complete the registration form now.
Bring a form of identification such as drivers license, concession card or other proof of address and phone number. We also require a second contact's details (preferably a relative) including their full name, address and phone number.

Responsibilities
As part of your membership, you are required to help on at least 2 openings during the year. Please write your name down on the roster at the Toy Library. There will always be our co-ordinator present to explain how the system works.
